Chris Hinker
|
Chris Hinker has established a national reputation bringing some of the nation’s largest, most challenging construction projects to completion ahead of schedule and under budget. Whether in initial planning/bidding stages, or already in mid-construction and in trouble, Chris has found inventive, yet logical approaches that maximize profits and minimize losses. Time and again, Chris has put his reputation on the line and successfully taken on some of this country’s most high-profile assignments. He was the Project Executive for the technically and politically challenging Dulles Airport Main Terminal Expansion and the Denver International Airport’s Concourse B construction. He also supervised budget development and project scheduling for the Washington Monument restoration. Chris has been a highly effective mentor to young professionals, ensuring that real-world experience is merged with classroom knowledge. In today’s high-pressure contracting environment, too often, young managers are sent into the field with only theoretical knowledge and no practical training. Too often, they lack the communication and interpersonal skills so necessary to motivate, the radar to detect potential problems before they can threaten… In the final analysis, what Chris does is bring a systems approach that successfully integrates every element of a project in a seamless web of orchestrated activity from pre-planning and bidding to final close-out.
